About Us

My name is Clyde R. Carter Jr, I’m the President of Industrial Electric Supply. I started Industrial Electric Supply (an Agricultural and Industrial Resources, Inc. company) in January of 2004. I’ve worked in the industrial electrical field most all of my life. My father was a State of Florida Master Electrician and an industrial electrical contractor. I spent many summers operating a shovel and learning the trade. I have an inactive State of Florida Master Electrician License (ER#14069). I have no reason to keep it active. I also have experience in being a Chief Electrician of a vegetable processing plant.

I have experience in the citrus, fertilizer, milling, mining, power, processed foods, recycled plastics, solar, sugar, vegetable and waste water industries. I know exactly what an electrical facilities manager faces everyday trying to obtain the materials needed to keep a plant running.

When you call my company, you will always speak to me. Someone that has in-depth, hands-on experience with electrical equipment construction and installing it.

My company also provides, arc-flash studies, coordination studies and circuit analyses studies. This really goes hand in hand with the nature of the equipment and services I provide.

I also provide inventory management solutions. I firmly believe in stocking materials to meet my customer’s emergency needs and not just items that have high turn rates.

I’m available twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week, (239) 872-1990. Don’t let distance discourage you from calling because I can find a way to get what you need to you.
